Dr. Drury has a unique background, having practiced as a dentist for over 20 years, coupled with non-clinical experience and active leadership roles. He had an extremely rewarding career with personal, financial, and professional achievements but decided to pursue a passion outside of clinical dentistry to achieve a broader impact within the healthcare industry. Dr. Drury completed his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Riverside with a B.S. in Psychobiology (Neuroscience) and EMT-1 certification at UCLA. After earning a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry, he completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) Postdoctoral Program. He is also a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), a recognition that requires over 500 credit hours, a designation held by only 6% of general dentists in the U.S. and Canada. Dr. Drury serves in an advisory capacity to several boards, including Promethean Dental Systems, Revere Partners Profit4Dentists , University of Stetson (leadership and innovation), and Recordlinc, where he has designed software and conducted competitive market analytics. He has also been recognized with awards from the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, the California Legislative Assembly, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Drury is an international allied thought leader for Teeth cloud and was awarded one of the top 100 international Doctors for 2023 by Topdoc. He was honored as an Honorary Fellow of the International Academy for Dental Facial Esthetics for 2022 San Diego Top Doctor from 2008-2020, and California Top Doctor for 2023 He has also been nominated for the International College of Dentists 2023 honor society. Dr. Drury is a board member for childrens dental health and enjoys collaborating with other thought leaders nationally and internationally to improve lives and have a positive impact. Dr. Drury is an honorary fellow of the International College of Dentistry, which less than 3% of the world holds. The International College of Dentists is the pre-eminent global dental honor society recognizing outstanding professional achievement and meritorious service while advocating for humanitarian and educational initiatives. The values are leadership, recognition, humanitarianism, and education globally.
Carter Crockett held strategic marketing roles for a number of innovative technology and consumer product companies in the United States.
In 2000, Carter left product management at Microsoft to become Co-Founder & President of Dealer Trade Group, a venture-backed wholesale (B2B) marketplace for vehicles, which he led for two years. After wielding the power of entrepreneurship,
Carter sought the credentials and opportunities to build noble ventures and share this power with others.
Carter dedicated research efforts to exploring the moral and social implications of entrepreneurs and has coached founders on three continents.

Nikolaus A. Walch is a dental veteran with almost 20 years representing the industries leaders.
Nik started at SureSmile where as Product Manager lead the migration into the Cloud and the Aligner transformation.
At Dentsply Sirona he used the experience integrating CBCT with IO scans to launch the revolutionary Orthophos SL line to the US market.
Nik later joined Dürr Dental as head of Product Management Air Techniques in NY introducing their first CBCT systems to the US market.
Nik has consulted on Ortho, Imaging, and comprehensive smile treatment for Invisalign (Align Tech), Digital Smile Design, and others. At ClearTPS he was Director of Operations and later Sr. Dir. Business Development.
Recently Nik has worked extensively with the top DSOs in North America.
Nik is from Germany and has lived in Canada and the USA, with assignments in both Brazil and China. In 2013 he graduated with a 4.0 dual Masters MBA, and Systems Engineering from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Eric Rose is a senior innovation executive with over 35 years of experience leading product development and commercialization across the consumer, medical, and industrial sectors. Keith McLachlan brings over 25 years of expertise in sales, marketing, and recruiting within the dental industry. With a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from Texas State University, Keith combines visionary leadership, strategic innovation, and a people-centric approach to elevate recruitment standards in dentistry.
As the Executive Director of Dental Recruiting and Industry Solutions, Keith oversees the end-to-end recruitment process, matching top-tier talent with dental practices, DSOs, OSOs, and manufacturers.
